As humans, we tend to be complicated. And not in the bad sense that the word “complicated” can denote, rather, we are intricate beings that are looking, searching, seeking for ways and moments to express all that is within us.
Life brings us these moments and opportunities to learn, grow and discover the magnificence within – some of these lessons are so rich with discovery and insight that they transform the very foundation our belief system is built upon.
Of course when you change the foundation while the house is still standing, the change process around life can get kind of thorny. Our ability to work through the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and social shifts become a bit of a management process for ourselves, never mind the friends, family and co-workers that are experiencing something quite different about us!

The Process
Change only comes to those who are truly ready to step in it: do the work, make the shifts, be the change. Sometimes, as in most times, that means working to expose the shadows that haven’t seen light in awhile…if ever.
The SL team will begin working with you to understand where you’ve been, where you’re going…and then together… craft a path and a plan to get there. It can be as formal and documented as you’d like for an organizational executive coaching arrangement or as fluid and individual as the one you need to achieve the personal transformation you're looking for.
The point being – there is no one way or right way to go about doing this work – the only way – is the one that will work for you.
