Yoga: Physical Postures, Meditation, Breath-Work

Yoga is a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual practice that leverages physical postures (asanas), meditation and breath-work (pranayama) to achieve personal connection with higher consciousness.  Through one-on-one or small class interventions, Lisa will guide you through poses in various yoga disciplines (hatha, vinyasa, yin, nidra) to achieve your personal goals.  The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind, makes the body strong and flexible, while improving the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems.

 
Vibrational Sound Balancing

“Everything in the Universe is energy. All energy is movement, all movement is vibration and all vibration is sound. Therefore, molecules, cells, tissues, bones and organs all have their own unique sounds. The vibrational sounds of a healthy body are in tune, whereas an unhealthy body has become out of tune. Like a tuning fork for a piano,  sound healing will restore the body to its optimum attunement. Modern science accepts that thoughts are things; therefore, our thoughts can also be healed by sound attunement.


Vibrational sound healing (various wavelengths and frequencies in the form of music) re-establishes physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual equilibrium.  Therefore, the prime objective of vibrational healing is to bring about physical purification and renewal, mental stimulation and alertness, spiritual exhilaration and Illumination.  Depending on its musical composition, sound balancing can improve overall well-being and positively alter cellular state.
